We use passwordless email links — no password required. Enter your email address on the login page and click the secure link sent to your inbox. The link expires after a few minutes; request a new one if needed.

Purchase lifetime access for $99 CAD from the Purchase page. Once your payment is confirmed your account is activated immediately and you can open any month in the program.

The program is designed around the school calendar, beginning in August. If you are joining mid-year, open the current month and work from there. Nothing is gated — you can move freely between months at any time.

Open it once a month — ideally near the start of each school month — and work through the structured narrative, reflection prompts, monthly commitments, and coaching questions for that month. A full session takes about an hour.

Return whenever you can. Each month's content stands on its own, so coming back after a gap is still worthwhile. Nothing expires and nothing is lost — your saved progress stays exactly where you left it.

If you carry a classroom teaching load alongside your administrative role, each month includes a dedicated Teaching and Leading section written for that dual-role experience. Use it when the tension between both roles needs attention. Skip it when it does not.

At the close of the program year, the Synthesis view reads your own entries back to you — a record of what you wrote, what you noticed, and who you became across your first year. It can be exported or printed and belongs entirely to you.

Yes. Your progress is tied to your account, not your device. Log in from any browser and your saved entries will be there.

Only you. Your entries are private. We do not read them, share them, or use them for any other purpose.

Yes. The year-end synthesis can be exported and printed. If you need a full export of your raw data, contact support and we will prepare it for you.

Your entries remain in your account for as long as your account exists. To request permanent deletion of your data, contact support and we will process it within 14 days.

No. We use Supabase for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. Neither service has access to your program entries. We do not sell or share personal data.

No. You pay once — $99 CAD — and have lifetime access. There are no renewals, no monthly charges, and no seat fees.

If you are not happy in the first 30 days, email us for a full refund. No reason needed.

Payment confirmation can take a few minutes. Log out and log back in to refresh your session. If access has not appeared after 10 minutes, contact support with your purchase confirmation email and we will resolve it promptly.

Access is tied to a single account. If your circumstances change and you need to transfer access to someone else, contact support and we will handle it.
